All participants in Jacqueline De Jonge Workshops must have working knowledge of paper piecing techniques! These are not beginner classes. Jacqueline has given each of her quilts a difficulty rating from 2 to 7, with 7 being the most difficult:
Skill levels 2, 3, and 4 are for those with intermediate paper piecing skills
Skill levels 5, 6 and 7 are for those with advanced paper piecing skills
For Class #1, students can choose to make one of the quilts pictured above:
La Vie Est Belle (top left) - Skill Level 3
Chasing Dreams (top right)- Skill Level 3
Something Blue (bottom left) - Skill Level 3
Fanciful Flight (bottom right) - Skill Level 5
Classes will be held at Quilting by the Bay's Education Center
1225 Airport Rd (next door to Quilting by the Bay)
Class times are from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Classroom will open at 9:00 am and will close prompltly at 5:00 pm each day.
All classes are strictly limited to 20 participants each.

We can now accommodate up to 6 female students in our new Stitch-n-Stay program. When you are signed up for one of our classes or workshops you now have the option of extending your stay at our on-site Education Center. Choose the Stitch-n-Stay option and sew to your heart's content, you'll have full use of the Education Center classroom during the evening and night hours. When you are too tired to sew any longer you can retire to the Stitch-n-Stay room to get a few hours of rest! Click on Stitch-n-Stay below for complete details.
